Thank you for using CBX! Use this form to pass along little things you notice while working in the new environment. Your feedback and suggestions will help make the software better for everyone!

Remember this site is intended primarily for minor aesthetic issues such as overlapping or truncated labels, suggestions about layout improvements, or other odd behavior you notice on a CBX screen. If you get error messages or cannot accomplish a task at all in CBX, use CU*BASE GOLD. As always, report program errors and data issues in the usual way by contacting the Client Services team.

You should not expect to see immediate changes to any of the items you report here, nor can we follow up directly or give an estimate when something might be addressed. Just know that we are keeping track of every submission and working through them as quickly as possible…and that we appreciate everything you notice and report to us!
