For all 1Click Offer users in the network, Lender*VP would like to share a few important reminders:
When launching 1Click Offers, please ensure that you are including the required forms within your 1Click Offer configuration. Also, please keep in mind that you do have the ability to attach multiple forms within a 1Click launch.
When adding 1Click forms that are all-disclosure, we recommend you add an initial box, to ensure the form is presented to the member when signing the loan documents. Any all-disclosure form that does not include an initial/signature box would not be presented to the member until they download/view the forms, following completion of signatures. An alternative option would be to build your 1Click form as a package, as opposed to separate 1Click documents.
