Attention Fiserv clients using STAR® Northeast Debit Processing:
Fiserv will be performing an OS upgrade associated with switch and processing services in the Omaha, Nebraska and the Chandler, Arizona data centers. Additionally, during this period, Fiserv will be conducting a business disaster recovery exercise. Please note that this will only affect Fiserv clients who are currently utilizing STAR® Northeast Debit Processing.
The OS upgrade and the disaster recovery exercise are scheduled to begin at 12:00 AM ET on Wednesday, June 24th and will conclude at 6:00 AM ET on Monday, June 29th. Your credit union may experience intermittent disruptions and/or delays to network processing at the beginning and end of the exercise window. In the event of any interruption, transactions will be approved or denied based upon an institution’s stand-in limits if enabled, and files will be held until processing resumes.
No action is required of your credit union for either the OS upgrade or the disaster recovery exercise.
