We have completed this week’s MACO changes. We thank you for communicating to your members that MACO would be briefly unavailable, and we are happy to announce that most members did not have to reenroll and were able to continue using their current MACO services immediately.
This was a first step to move toward larger (and more exciting!) MACO changes this summer. We will continue to communicate as we move through each piece of the process, as we do anticipate that during the following upgrade this summer, all members will need to enroll in services and accept a new EULA.
We are looking forward to sharing at that time the faster, easier, and more intuitive MACO workflow that members will use at that time of reenrollment. While we will of course communicate additional details prior to the rollout, this is another pre-reminder that during the next step, we will sunset certain biometric options, such as Android Face and voice.
