MemberPass will be officially retired on January 18, 2026. To maintain uninterrupted service, all credit unions will be transitioning to our new, upgraded platform, Authenticate Me, effective January 19, 2026.

Critical Deadlines
- January 18, 2026: Final day of MemberPass functionality.
- January 19, 2026: All verification requests must be processed through Authenticate Me.
What does this mean for you?
We will handle most of the configuration on our end – you will simply be taken to an updated link with the new site (it will look almost identical to the current one).
With that said, you will need to enroll your members in the new product – please be prepared to manually verify your members during the enrollment process like you have done in the past.
