Direct Login Widget
The Direct Login Widget is provided to CU*Answers clients as an alternative to an It’s Me 247 login link, button, or badge. Members are able to submit only their username via this field. Once a username is submitted, the It’s Me 247 direct login snippet will redirect the member to the Online Banking Community landing page for their particular credit union where they can complete the login process.
Online Help Available
Online help is a standard feature for It’s Me 247. The online help includes a section of Frequently Asked Questions about It’s Me 247, as well as tips for opening new accounts online, personalizing your account, and security features. Use this full-featured resource to answer any questions you may have about using the product!
