Since the inception of CBX, we’ve offered the Let Us Know button to submit screen issues or other CBX transition related items while we built through the Alpha stage. We were moved by the cooperative spirit in the contributions and submissions through that channel, which allowed us to fine-tune CBX throughout the year.
As a reminder, beginning with the 26.05 release today we have removed that button, as well as the submission page on the CU*Answers website. However, your feedback is still important; moving forward, please submit any inquiries, feedback, screen discrepancies, or any new/continued issues with timeouts or disconnects directly through the existing Client Service channels, via AnswerBook or phone conversation.
We’re excited to push forward in the era of CBX, and we’ll continue to refine screens right alongside other enhancements, especially based on the continued input and feedback of all users.
