The topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is everywhere – there’s no escaping it. As such, we wanted to give you a heads-up on CU*Answers’ policy on AI and where we are headed with this technology.
CU*Answers plans to use AI as one of many technological tools available, but we’re going to do so responsibly. We have a formal AI policy in place that puts us in line with emerging federal and state laws, recent court rulings, and regulatory guidence.
Here’s what “responsible AI use” will look like:
- Our staff must stay within approved use cases and company policy.
- Our staff must be transparent with clients. While not every use of AI needs to be disclosed, such as running an email through a grammar check, CU*Answers will provide our clients with a reasonable expectation of knowing when AI has materially contributed to the work we deliver.
Our goal is not to discourage the use of AI, but rather to protect our organization and its owners and clients by ensuring AI is used responsibly. We want our staff finding ways AI can make our work better. You can review our webpage and policy via the link below.
