On Wednesday, September 16th, we will be performing a rollover for the High-Availability (HA) systems that our Integrations Team utilizes for API Integrations. The rollover is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00 AM ET (4:00 AM PT), with a rollback planned for 8:00 AM ET (5:00 AM PT). This exercise will allow the team time to test functionality of their systems on the secondary servers and identify any issues to be resolved, in an effort to maintain a high level of preparedness.
This rollover exercise will impact all credit unions within the network, including CU*Answers Online, Self-Processors, CUaxis and Site-Four clients. Users may experience a brief, temporary connectivity interruption if a transaction is initiated while we are in the process of redirecting.
This will be the first in a series of three HA Rollover exercises that the CU*Answers Integrations team plans to perform throughout the coming months. Each will test a different part of their system, and a different group of vendor integrations. Please keep an eye on your inbox for additional announcements, including details on the additional upcoming HA Rollover periods.
