We will soon be updating the middleware that powers the It’s Me 247 and BizLink 247 communication layer (API layer). This update is being performed as part of periodic updates to ensure we are taking advantage of the latest functionality for ongoing software and third-party vendor support.
An accompanying email will soon be sent to all credit unions, with details on when your credit union can expect to receive this update.
There will be no significant downtime during the upgrade process. As these updates are supporting back-end functionality, users will not notice any visual changes to existing layout or navigational features.
