Arriving 8/19: Mandatory Update for Older App Versions

Beginning Tuesday, August 19, members using an older version of the mobile app (prior to Mobile 8) will be required to update their mobile app in order to sign in.

Mobile 8 includes several important behind-the-scenes security enhancements, including advanced bot detection measures to help safeguard your credit union and your members from automated fraud attempts.

Members who have not yet updated will see a message prompting them to update their app before they can log in. No action is required on your end, though we encourage you to remind members to keep their apps up-to-date to ensure uninterrupted access.
