The CU*Answers Cards & Payments team converted 1,022 credit card loans for Great Lakes First FCU to CBX online credit card platform. Great Lakes First FCU, located in Escanaba, MI brought their credit card portfolio in-house. Nick Olchowski, Project Specialist on the Cards & Payments team says, “There are many benefits for credit unions moving their credit cards into CBX for both members and CU staff. Their members can now view credit card transactions in online banking, make real-time payments, cash advances, and balance transfers. Staff can now originate and service credit card loans directly within the core system.”
