Time for another quick update about milestones in the project to shift former Magic-Wrighter products to SWIVEL resources. (See our previous update sent in April.)
If you have signed a contract to continue with SWIVEL services:
- Migrations from LoanPay Xpress (either standalone from your website and/or via online banking) to the short-term, temporary “bridge” solution will be wrapping up very soon. We are working closely with SWIVEL to complete the minor tasks they need our team needs to do to assist their efforts. Contact your SWIVEL implementation rep if you have questions, or Success@getswivel.io.
- Migrations to the short-term temporarily solution for our remaining integrations will be completed by SWIVEL during the week of June 22nd. CU*Answers will be supporting SWIVEL during this process but all of the work is being done by SWIVEL. Watch for communications from SWIVEL on what to expect (the plan is that the transition will be unnoticed by your members or staff). This includes:
- A2A transfers in online banking
- A2A transfers in Phone Operator
- A2AFT (recurring A2A transfers)
- Accounts payable vendor payments via ACH
- New account funding via MOP (online membership opening process)
- Work is also progressing nicely on the long-term, permanent solution (rewriting all these integrations using SWIVEL APIs). You will receive communications during July about the transition to this final infrastructure.
If you have NOT signed a contract to continue with SWIVEL services:
Starting in July any service formerly provided by Magic-Wrighter will be inactivated and no longer supported. CBX and online banking configurations will be deactivated and those features will no longer function once SWIVEL turns off its existing Magic-Wrighter infrastructure. This includes:
- LoanPay Xpress (standalone from your website and/or via online banking)
- A2A transfers in online banking
- A2A transfers in Phone Operator
- A2AFT (recurring A2A transfers)
- Accounts payable vendor payments via ACH
- New account funding via MOP (online membership opening process)
