Clients of AuditLink Vendor Management should feel right at home but others in the network are welcome to join as well.
Objectives
Our objective is to have a good conversation, through which we can hopefully learn something, broaden our perspectives, and take something with you to your own vendor management program.
Topics
We’ll be discussing any and all aspects of vendor management including policy, procedures, vendor onboarding, risk management, due diligence, contract review, AI – whatever happens to be brought up. Though questions about AVM are also welcome, specific training and ‘refresher’ type questions should be directed to the Vendor Management team.
