This list shows currently planned releases for CU*Answers software products, including CBX, It’s Me 247 online, mobile, and text banking; CU*Talk; UCI/API middleware solutions; Analytics Booth; and other CU*Answers software products. Releases may also contain a number of minor modifications not outlined here.
All release dates and projects listed are tentative and subject to change, and we reserve the right to delay slated projects based on QC test results.

This project revamps the Credit Union Check Register to a standard subfile list with revised search criteria so that it will be easier to search for and view checks.

Create a Flat File for Escrow Analysis
Additional Information:
This project creates a flat file for Escrow Analysis data that can be sent to statement vendors like Sage for printing. Even with the enhancements per PS#54127 implemented with 21.10, the format is still ugly and does not even come close to what other financial institutions produce.
This specification contains the proposed data to include in the flat file (subject to programmer analysis) and a change to Tool #207 “Create/Preview Escrow Analysis screen to add the option to create a flat file

Allow Address Maintenance for Secondary Names via Phone Operator
Additional Information:
This project adds a new feature to Phone Operator that allows addresses (and other misc. information) for secondary names to be updated directly without having to go through Tool #997 “Work With Non-Member Database”. When the Name/Address button is used from Phone Operator, if there are secondary owners associated with the member, a new “Account Owners” screen containing a list of secondary owners will display. Teller Check Capture via eDOC CheckLogic (Part 1): Scanning & Archiving Teller Outside Checks

Currently credit union members are able to view images of cleared checks that they wrote, via links in their transaction history in online banking. Move OLB Platform and CC Summary Statement Options to Member Level
Additional Information:
This project moves the online banking platform and business credit card statement settings from the Membership Designation configuration to the membership record. Credit unions who use BizLink 247, or who are considering launching it for their business members, are challenged with having to create multiple Membership Designations for the sole purpose of moving businesses to the business platform.

New Tool for Tracking Chargebacks for Debit and Credit Cards
Additional Information:
This project creates a dashboard for tracking “chargebacks” which are disputes that a member has on a particular charge that hit their debit or credit card. Credit unions enter these with their vendor but will now be able to track them in CU*BASE by member. The new Tool will be similar to the Fraud incident tracking Tool that allows credit unions to have a centralized place for adding these records.

Update Personal Information Maintenance Setting for OLB in Tool #569 to Allow Reviewed with MFA
Additional Information:
This project updates the Allow maintenance of personal information by member (online) options on the Online/Mobile/Text Banking VMS Configuration to allow “reviewed update” along with two factor authentication (MFA). Today credit unions only have the option to apply MFA when “direct update” is activated. They want to be able to apply MFA to member updates that are set up to be reviewed and approved by the credit union in Tool #13 “Online Bnking Apps/Requests”.

Expand Collateral Tables to Have 4-Digit Year and Add Fields Related to Auto and Mortgage Collateral
Additional Information:
This project expands the collateral tables to store the new information listed below about the loan’s collateral. In addition, we are creating a new field for a 4-digit collateral year to be populated going forward while retaining the existing 2-digit collateral year. Having both a 2-digit and a 4-digit year allows us to transition so that loan forms with collateral year don’t need to be updated right away. Future projects can address using the 4-digit collateral year on loan forms.

New 1Click Limit Increase Credit Card Loan Offers
Additional Information:
This project adds a new type of 1Click Offer referred to as 1Click Limit Increase Offers. For example, members with a credit card that has been open for a specified number of months with on-time payments, direct deposit and never over the limit are offered an increase to their credit limit. The credit union determines the list of members to receive the offer which gets presented in online banking. A specified amount is offered for the limit increase but the member can opt to receive less.

Updates to Third Party IRA/HSA/ESA Tax Processing including New Administrator Configuration
Additional Information:
This project updates the tax reporting processing for IRA, HSA and ESA’s to now be triggered based on a CU defined third-party administrator. This requires a new Third Party Administrator configuration in OPER and the appropriate processes to be updated to use the new configuration.

We have many credit unions taking advantage of the IRA/HSA integration with Ascensus that was introduced in the 23.12 release per PS#56230/60812. To expand upon this integration, this project adds Ascensus integration to IRA/HSA transfers via Phone Operator or Tool #516 “Member Transfers”.
