CU*Answers, invites you to spend a day with us at our beautiful facility next time you need a meeting place. Conveniently located near the Gerald R. Ford International Airport and 1-96 Expressway, we offer a full range of meeting and event facilitation packages. From basic meeting space to complete event planning and hosting, CU*Answers provides the expertise and professional environment to assure your meetings are productive and successful.
Meeting Rooms
Our meeting rooms are the perfect complement to any meeting venue. Room sizes, presentation equipment and other accoutrements accommodate teams of varying size with diverse agendas. Our audio/visual equipment is state of the art assuring presentations delivered at the highest quality standards. Computers are preloaded with Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, our telephone system is equipped to host web conferences.
Learning Center
Our classroom style learning center is conducive to stand-up training, team building events, brainstorming sessions and meetings where demands for multi-media are strong.
Seating configuration is typically class-room format with a capacity for 40 at conference tables and ample space at the perimeter of the room for additional chairs. Tables can be removed from the room, providing open area for events exhibiting high energy activities.
Equipment – White board spanning the full width of the room, dual projection system for concurrent media presentations, computer with two monitors that mirror the white board, DVD and CD capabilities, Internet access, web conferencing and guest laptop hookup.
Board Room
Our signature room is appropriately named the boardroom and is our often coveted meeting place. Natural wood tones and comfortable furnishings promote a calm, professionalism to the theme of your meetings.
The conference table adapts well to 10 individuals with plenty of room for open notebooks, planners and reference materials. A couch and chairs are available for additional seating.
Equipment – White board with adjacent flip chart and tack board, computer, projector, guest laptop hookup, Internet access, web cast and phone conferencing capability.
Executive Briefing Room
Our Executive Briefing Room is perfect for small groups energized by a transitional atmosphere. There are no tables to constrict the flow of movement which contributes to collaboration, creativity, and idea sharing.
In this room you will find seating capacity for up to 14 participants, commonly set in theatre style rows, but easily converted to any arrangement.
Equipment – White board, computer, projector and guest laptop hookup.

When you book your meeting at our facility, take advantage of our other business solutions for corporate meetings and business events. Our event packages are tailored to your specifications. In addition to our quality rooms and selected amenities, prepare for a successful outcome by requesting support from one of our professional facilitators.
Board Meetings
Board Meetings are essential. Host your next meeting in the CU*Answers Board Room. Reward your board members with gracious hospitality and convenience of a well administered meeting. Preparation is important, so plan now for your next board meeting. Reservations are a phone call away.
Planning Sessions
Planning Sessions are a must for every Senior Leadership Team. Our Executive Briefing Room is just one of our premier meeting rooms. Schedule this room for team members using a combination of discovery and mind mapping techniques to find solutions to business problems.

Staff Development/Training
Training is the hallmark of CU*Answers and is at the heart of our organization. One of our major strategies is supporting your business goals through multiple educational events and training methods. Our staff of professionals conducts training beyond our core product, CBX. CU*Answers offers a training package to fulfill client specific requests, leadership seminars, soft skills topics, information security, and divergent technologies.
Annual Meeting
If you are looking for a beautiful facility to host your next Annual Meeting, CU*Answers Learning Center is the place! The meeting room has all the audio/video capability you need to present the many facets of your business. Catering services are available to provide snacks or full meals. If restaurants are your preference, there are many of top quality near by.

Time of Event
CU*Answers Corporate offices have flexible hours of operation. We are available to host your event, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CU*Answers is closed on weekends, unless special arrangements have been made.
Schedule your Event
The date for your event will be coordinated through Heather O’Connor, Manager of Administration. Choose a meeting date for any weekday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Weekend dates are available by special request during the months of September thru May only. Full Day Session $300.00

Our event planners will provide quality, attentive service during planning and execution of your business event. Catering
Catering service is available from local sources and can be coordinated through our event planners in our Administration Office. Working within your budget, we will transform your preferences into reality by coordinating menu choices, food delivery, and cleanup tasks associated with hospitality. From simple snacks to full meals served buffet style, our team of event specialists provides superior, cordial service. You concentrate on your agenda; we take care of the rest. Travel to Grand Rapids, Michigan is simplified by the availability of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport, and the I-96 and 131 Expressways. CU*Answers Corporate Office is conveniently located less than 1 mile east of the I-96 Expressway.
