Q: I noticed that when you log in using the new Nav software you have to enter your CU*BASE employee ID and password right away. Is that instead of the user ID we log in with now?

Q: If I don’t want my staff to use Auto-security, how do I control that in the new navigation?

Q: If I want to give someone else access to my PC so they can take over my teller workstation for the rest of the day, can I just turn off auto-security and have them reactivate it themselves, or do I have to log off?

Q: What happens to the old shortcuts, like MNSERV and MNGELE?

Q: If I use one of the old MNXXXX shortcuts, will the tools be in the same order as they appear on that menu now?

Q: What about the old speed sequences like OPEN and TELLER?

Q: I use the “Search for” feature a lot on the existing menus. How is that changing?

Q: I’m a security officer and find it a challenge to keep my settings updated when the menu options are changing with every release.  Will this change make that any easier?

Q:  I have a Custom Training Environment (CTE).  Can I get the new navigation on my CTE before it gets implemented on my live files?

Q:  Why are some of the Tool numbers grayed out?

Q:  What can I use to help narrow down my search for a specific tool?

Q:  Can you give me an overview of why you decided to replace the old CU*BASE menu system with new navigation?
