ATTENTION SELF-PROCESSING CREDIT UNIONS
We are reaching out to all of our Self-Processing credit unions to inform you that our IBM development teams need to build subsystems and users on your server. We will be building these subsystems on Monday, January 9th, 2023. The subsystems will then enter use beginning Tuesday, January 17th, 2023.
The following will be the names of the subsystems and matching users (where XX is your FILEXX ID).

- INTAPIXX
- IMGAPIXX
- DIAPIXX
Why are these new subsystems so important?
Completing this process will allow us to improve the online banking experience for members, as well as your daily operations.
What do you need to do?
These subsystems to be running for online banking/integrations/imaging APIs to work properly.
To stop and start the subsystems, use the “subsystem dashboard” from OPER, tool tip, 5199 ->F22(F14=END/F13=Start)
