The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently announced that receptionist/ administrative assistant Lauren Kincaid has been promoted to a client service representative. VP of Client Service and Education Laura Welch-Vilker said, “We are excited to share Lauren’s positive attitude and determination with our clients. She will be a great asset to the Client Services and Education Team.”
