MOP (Membership Opening Process) 2.0 is Available for Credit Unions to Launch Today!

MOP 2.0 includes the following updates for your credit union:

• New updated look/feel of your credit union MOP site, including a new background header image that your credit union can include while a member is applying.
• State filtering – your credit union can now limit what states members are opening their memberships through MOP.
• eSign Agreement – place your order with our Imaging Solutions team to have your member sign your membership agreement within MOP.
• Joint Owners – with MOP, a member can now add up to 2 joint owners that will also work through the verification step.

If your credit union currently uses MOP and is looking to make the update to MOP 2.0, you can place your order via the eSign Agreement product – once your form is configured, the IRSC team will be notified to continue next steps in setup.

If your credit union is brand new to MOP and is looking to get started with MOP, place your order via the IRSC section of the online store.

We are actively working on MOP 3.0 including License/ID verification – be on the lookout for further announcements in the near future!
