The desire to learn via hands-on practice was strong last year. CU*Answers launched three Custom Training Editions (CTEs) for credit unions in 2021. These additions were not done in vain, as clients new and old alike utilized their CTEs frequently, accessing more than 140,000 tools and performing more than 26,000 transactions total.
A CTE copies a credit union’s live data to a training environment for staff both to train and extend their learning. CTE distinguishes itself from Bedrock Community Credit Union, the general training environment CU*Answers offers its clients, by giving team members access to the exact tools their financial institutions use daily.
