With the debut of the new “It’s Me 247” desktop and mobile web banking, Xtend and CU*Answers are partnering together in an effort to continue to provide services to you!
As you may know, with the new look some of the pre-existing services offered by both Xtend and CU*Answers are not compatible with the upgrades. We’re working hard to adapt our services, but we wanted to take time to inform you of some of these changes.
Quarterly Contests & Cooperative Campaigns
If you participate in either the Quarterly Contests or Cooperative campaigns offered by CU*Answers Marketing team, Xtend will upload the appropriate monthly banner to your new It’s Me 247 Online Banking and/or Mobile App.
Member Reach: eInfo & OBC Story Updates
If you are a current Member Reach client, and/or partnered with Xtend on a la carte eInfo/OBC Story updates, you may know that the eInfo (think eStatement Insert) and OBC Story (top paragraph on OBC Page) services were sunset with the rollout of the new look.
As a replacement solution, Xtend can upload your banner content on a monthly basis per your request. Although you can perform these uploads yourself, we still want to be here to offer our assistance as needed. This will include It’s Me 247 Online Banking and Mobile App uploads as applicable.
Access Requirements
- Banner ad management through CU*Answers and Xtend Partnership are subject to your subscription to CU*Publisher Self-Service products. This is needed to carry out updates to your It’s Me 247 and Mobile App banners. This may include It’s Me 247 Manager and Mobile Manager.
- Currently there is no way to limit the access of a user within the CU*Publisher Self-Service Manager solutions; It’s Me 247 Manager and Mobile Manager. Xtend users would receive full access to your self-service solutions, but would only make updates to the banner ads. No menu-navigation, branding, or content changes will be made by Xtend outside of the banner ad uploads for contests, campaigns, or other requests provided by the CU to Xtend.
