For those of you that don’t know me, I’m John Beauchamp, VP of CMS and I’m the guy in your corner to help you accomplish integration between your chosen Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)/Kiosk solution and CU*BASE. But to do that I need your help!
I need you to get your strategic vision on my radar by completing a quick survey which will help us to better understand your solutions – or plans for solutions, chosen vendors and levels of investments, so we can leverage the power of the network to compel vendors to get to the table on your behalf. Equally important, it will also help us know who’s interested in which vendors so we can get your input and keep you updated on developments as we work with those vendors. With this in mind, filling out this survey will enter you directly into the CU*Answers ITM Development Focus Group. We anticipate this focus group being very active in the next 12-24 months; as a participant, you will be the first to hear about progress on all of the projects from all of the vendors. Our intent is to market our buying power, raise our voices and fast track a significant set of credit unions to help everyone move more quickly.
