The deadline to complete the necessary upgrade to LegaSuite is almost here! This update is required for all CU*Answers clients, in order to keep workstations up to date and will need to be applied to all of your CU*BASE workstations. Don’t wait – make sure you complete these updates before the October 3rd deadline.
If you don’t, you will NOT be able to log in to CU*BASE on October 3rd!
That’s right, CU*BASE will NOT launch after October 3rd unless the LegaSuite upgrade has been applied to the workstation. Need to check which version of LegaSuite you are currently running? Click here.
What do you need to do?
We have created a simple installer that takes just a click and a few seconds to run. Use the link below for instructions.
Note that this process does require administrator privileges to be run on the PC. That means your IT team needs to make arrangements for an administrator to run the update on every individual workstation, unless you have set up some network tools to assist with the process.
When do you need to do it?
Online and Site-Four credit unions will need to complete the upgrade by October 3, while Self-Processing credit unions will need to complete the upgrade by October 10. Don’t delay! Get started today and you’ll be done before you know it.
