Sunsetting Support for Internet Explorer 11


On August 17, 2021, CU*Answers will be sunsetting support for Internet Explorer 11 across all of our products and websites.  This sunset will include support for online banking products as well as other browser applications and websites, including our online campus and AnswerBook.  This is the same date that Microsoft will be sunsetting their support of Internet Explorer 11 (additional information on Microsoft’s sunset process can be viewed here).

This sunset does not mean that CU*Answers products will no longer work with Internet Explorer 11.  However, we cannot warrant that they will work, and if you do encounter problems with getting these applications/websites to work via Internet Explorer 11, the first step should be to try using a different supported browser.  Additionally, the new look for It’s Me 247 online banking, which is rolling out this summer, will not feature support for Internet Explorer 11.
