Don’t Forget: the Next HA Rollover is Coming this Weekend!

Twice each year, CU*Answers tests our ability to redirect CU*BASE core-processing from our production data center to our high-availability (HA) data center.  The next HA rollover has been scheduled for this weekend, Sunday, April 18th.

As a reminder: instead of the typical one-week rollover, this rollover will occur over a three week period.  The rollover will begin at 3:00 AM ET on Sunday, April 18th with the rollback scheduled for 3:00 AM ET on Sunday, May 9th.

Prior to this rollover, we strongly encourage that someone at each branch tests connectivity from a GOLD workstation.  Additionally, if your credit union has any employees who are working remotely, we recommend asking them to perform the connectivity test as well.  If you have not done so already, please use the links below to complete one or both of the connectivity tests.

(Note: This rollover applies only to CU*Answers online clients and will not impact self-processing credit unions, CU*South clients or CU*NorthWest clients.)

Please contact the CU*Answers Network Services Help Desk at helpdesk@cuanswers.com if the tests above are unsuccessful.  Failure to complete the tests may result in CU*BASE/GOLD connectivity issues on the morning following the April 18th rollover event.
