Beginning Tuesday, January 26, CU*Answers will begin using a new method for determining which member phone numbers are sent to EFT vendors. There are several things happening with this change, including new options for flagging phone numbers, new rules for what triggers a vendor maintenance record, and a conversion over existing data for implementation day.
