We are excited to announce that as of 10/22/2020, PayWatch has been enhanced with the ability to delay a decision on transaction-based alerts. This pushes the process date forward by one business day, allowing your credit union more time to contact a member. There is also an option available to notify the member that the credit union is waiting for a response on that alert.
