No matter which avenue your credit union uses to find new members (loans, membership applications or online applications), your staff can use the ‘Non-Member Notes’ feature to record permanent notes on people before they become members.
When co-borrowers, new applicants and joint owners become members, you can then convert your Non-Member Notes to a Tracker on the new membership by assigning a Memo and Tracker Type via Tool #1004 Workflow Controls: Open Mbrships/Accts.
