HA Rollback Updates for November 5

This is a reminder of the high-availability rollback event that will be occurring early tomorrow morning.  The rollback process will begin at 2:00 AM and will last until approximately 4:00 AM ET.  During this time, there will be an interruption to all systems, including CU*BASE/GOLD, CU*Talk audio response, and It’s Me 247 online banking (a splash page will be presented).  ATM, debit, and credit card transactions will operate in stand-in mode at the switch.

We will be posting any/all issues related to the HA Rollback event to the CU*BASE Alerts page, compiled into a single alert located here.  We will not be sending out any emails regarding individual issues for the HA Rollback.  If you encounter any issues during or after the rollback period, please refer to the CU*BASE Alerts page to see if it is currently a known issue.
