A Follow-up on the Zoot Service Interruption (CenturyLink Interruption) from December 27th

This is a final follow-up on the issues described in the Zoot Service Interruption (CenturyLink Interruption) alert posted on Thursday, December 27th.

Below is a report we received from CenturyLink explaining the nation-wide outage that affected many of our clients over the holidays.  We suggest you make a copy of this document, as well as a copy of the original alert content, to include them in your next board report as an example of how national events can sometimes have an impact on local credit union operations.
