This is not a drill…you MUST complete your Client Access and LegaSuite upgrades in the next week!

You only have a short time left to complete the necessary upgrades to IBM iAccess and LegaSuite on all of your CU*BASE workstations  These updates are required and must be applied in order to run CU*BASE GOLD after the 11th

If you want your teller line to open on time on November 12th, make sure someone on your IT team is taking care of this project. 

Remember that there are two separate updates to process, one for iAccess and a separate one for LegaSuite. Additionally, please note that with these upgrades, once a user opens one print session and signs in, any other print sessions the user opens will sign in automatically.

The new version of IBM client access has been tested with all CU*Answers supported printers.  If you are currently using an unsupported printer, this may affect functionality of printing from GOLD after upgrading to the new version of IBM.  For a list of supported printers, click here.
