Time is Running Short! Complete Your Client Access & LegaSuite Upgrade Today!

Time is running out!  Make sure your credit union completes the necessary upgrades to both IBM iAccess and LegaSuite.  These new versions are required on all CU*BASE workstations and must be completed before November 11.

Don’t wait – make sure you complete these updates before the November 11 deadline.

 If you don’t, you will NOT be able to log in to CU*BASE on November 12th! 

That’s right, CU*BASE will NOT launch after November 11th unless the LegaSuite upgrade has been applied to the workstation.  You’ll also risk having problems with your print sessions, as well. Additionally, please note that with these upgrades, once a user opens one print session and signs in, any other print sessions the user opens will sign in automatically.

The new version of IBM client access has been tested with all CU*Answers supported printers.  If you are currently using an unsupported printer, this may affect functionality of printing from GOLD after upgrading to the new version of IBM.  For a list of supported printers, click here.
