The deadline to complete the necessary upgrades to IBM iAccess and LegaSuite is almost here! These updates are required for all CU*Answers clients, in order to keep workstations up to date with currently-supported software. The updates will need to be applied to all of your CU*BASE workstations.
Don’t wait – make sure you complete these updates before the November 11 deadline.
If you don’t, you will NOT be able to log in to CU*BASE on November 12th!
That’s right, CU*BASE will NOT launch after November 11th unless the LegaSuite upgrade has been applied to the workstation. You’ll also risk having problems with your print sessions, as well. Additionally, please note that with these upgrades, once a user opens one print session and signs in, any other print sessions the user opens will sign in automatically.
The new version of IBM client access has been tested with all CU*Answers supported printers. If you are currently using an unsupported printer, this may affect functionality of printing from GOLD after upgrading to the new version of IBM. For a list of supported printers, click here.
