Starting on Tuesday, February 6, the CU*Answers phone system will direct client calls through a new menu.
This new phone system will list a series of phone extensions that can be selected to connect with various departments. Examples of the new directory options include:
- Press 1 to be directed to Client Services
- Press 2 to be directed to Network Services
- Press 3 to be directed to Bill Pay and other electronic transaction services
This new directory system allows outside callers to quickly connect with individual CU*Answers departments, offering greater convenience to our clients!
