Sold exclusively through the CU*Answers Imaging Solutions brand, MyCorporateVault is different from other storage products the data processor has developed in that it was designed for storage of credit union data, not member data. Using this new storage solution, CU*Answers clients can safely secure documents such as board reports, meeting minutes, vendor contracts, insurance policies, audit reports, internal policy and procedural documents, human resource applicant information, and payroll data. MyCorporateVault locks confidential corporate documents and protects sensitive data from physical loss and unauthorized disclosure or modification.
This new solution includes database and database-management software for importing, scanning, retrieving, indexing, and managing critical data. MyCorporateVault also provides clients with a simple document-archiving capability that allows them to create secure, self-contained DVDs of sensitive records for off-site backup purposes.
