Contract Extension Announced for Fiserv Online Bill Pay Services

ATTENTION CREDIT UNIONS USING “IT’S ME 247” BILL PAY BY FISERV:

CU*Answers and Fiserv Announce Extension of 2016 Support Period for Bill Pay Migrations/Conversions

Due to the overwhelming response to the new It’s Me 247 Bill Pay solutions available to all cuasterisk.com network credit unions, CU*Answers and Fiserv have extended the period for bill pay conversions and migrations until December 31, 2016.

Effective immediately, CU*Answers and Fiserv have signed a bridge agreement to support the current solution with Fiserv until the end of this calendar year.  This should give ample time for both CU*Answers and Fiserv teams to work through all of the necessary conversion/migration projects throughout the year.

If your credit union still hasn’t made a decision, we still need to hear from you now!  Whether you decide to move to It’s Me 247 online and mobile banking native solutions via Payveris, or move to the new platform at Fiserv, we need to hear from you no later than February 29, 2016, to reserve a spot for your project in the queue.  Contact Julie Gessner, CMS Sales Coordinator, at jgessner@cuanswers.com with any questions or to let us know your decision.

This contract extension should be noted in your records to answer any questions that make come up about your current agreement with Fiserv.  During the transitional period both the Fiserv bill pay that is being sunset and the new It’s Me 247 Bill Pay (Payveris) will be supported.
