Got ideas for new or different ingredients? The chefs for this recipe is Dawn Moore.
This project changes the workflow for Teller Processing so that when a teller is waiting on someone other than the primary member, the system automatically:
(1) Helps them verify the identity of the person that's actually in front of them, including more streamlined access to Photo IDs stored in CU*Spy, and
(2) Allows teller transactions only to be performed on the accounts to which that person actually has been granted access by the primary member.
This project also included a significant rewrite of the Global Search tool, with the same comprehensive search capabilities now available in Teller, Phone Operator, and Member Inquiry.
Status: Implemented with the 11.6 release.
Next up...
- Showing who was served in the transaction history. When a transaction is posted for a joint owner using the Currently Serving feature in CU*BASE teller processing, the system will soon be able to display that person's name in CU*BASE Transaction History as well as in both Online Banking and Mobile Web banking. This will also apply to transfers posted when a guest is logged into a member's account via the new Jump feature. Status: Specifications completed; no target date yet.
- Further automation of the Photo ID on File functionality. See the related Kitchen page.
- A "Jump" Feature for CU*BASE: My Other Accounts. A new jump button is being added to Phone Op, Inquiry, and Transfers (not sure yet about Teller, but probably somewhere there, too), that lets you quickly choose from other accounts owned by this same member. View a prototype Status: In development; targeting the 12.0 release.
