This project creates an It’s Me 247 “honor system” feature for members to make remote deposits with immediate credit into their accounts (via a suspense G/L). Members would then promise to mail the check to the CU via regular mail within a certain number of days. A new Promise Deposit Tracking tool would let CU watch for promised deposits and flag them as they are received.

Enrollment requests can be made by the member via online banking. The CU then approves the request and can revoke enrollment at any time for members who abuse the privilege.

This feature sets the stage for the eDOC Innovations CheckLogic remote capture functionality, and therefore includes features that market CheckLogic heavily to members.
