It’s Me 247 Internet Banking

It’s Me 247

A full-featured, host driven Internet Banking solution that provides members instant access to their accounts. An encrypted connection ensures member security and privacy. It’s Me 247 features traditional home banking capabilities such as account balance inquires, transfers between accounts, applying stop payments, displaying dividend information, and CU rate inquiries.

However, It’s Me 247 provides much more:

  • Multiple 'themes' so members may personalize their It’s Me 247 experience
  • Applying for CU membership
  • Updating personal member information such as AFT's, phone number and email address
  • Opening new accounts such as certificates and clubs
  • Applying for a loan (linked automatically to the CU*BASE Centralized Underwriting system)
  • Retrieving, viewing and printing images of cancelled checks
  • Integrated E-statements (XML, PDF, HTML)
  • Optional Interfaces to Microsoft Money and Intuit Quicken

CU*EasyPay! Bill Payment and Presentment

More that just a link to CheckFree for paying bills electronically, CU*EasyPay! lets members log on to view, schedule, and pay bills electronically while still maintaining a connection to the credit union's web site. Bills are presented and then paid in a 'Good Funds' environment, meaning that a credit union's NSF policies are fully applicable should funds not be available. This feature eliminates CU risk.

CU*EasyPay! features automated member enrollment capabilities and fee/reward options linked with CU*BASE member participation scoring programs.

CU*TALK Interactive Audio Response

CU*TALK

A robust voice response solution, providing 24/7 financial services to members from anywhere in the world. Members can research account balances and transaction detail, determine if specific checks have cleared, transfer funds to make payments or pay off loan balances, request check withdrawals, determine loan payment calculations and much more. The CU*TALK system provides a variety of customized options, including bilingual features, and is offered in either an ASP or In-house environment.
