View If Member Enrolled in Online Banking

Use these directions to determine if a member is enrolled in online banking.

1. Use Inquiry (F1) from any main menu.

2. Enter the member's account number.  

3. Press Enter.

4. You may see up to six buttons to the right of the address information. If you see an Online Banking button, then the member has used online banking.
