Use these directions to view a member’s username, which the member uses in place of an account number when logging into online banking. Only members can create usernames in online banking. Employees can only view or delete a member’s username in CU*BASE.
Use Inquiry (F1) and enter the member’s account.
Enter the account number and press Enter.
Select the Online Banking button.
Select Disp Username (F20) to view the username. (The screen will also indicate if the member does not have a username.)
