Unenroll Member from Online and/or Audio Banking

  1. Go to the Member Service (MNSERV) menu and select Member Personal Banker.

  2. Enter the member's account number and press Enter.

  3. Press Enter to move past the member reminders screen.

  4. Check the Online banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history) box and press Enter.

  5. In the Update Audio/Online Banking Access screen, unenroll the member from online banking and/or audio banking.

  6. Press Enter.
