Go to the Member Service (MNSERV) menu and select Member Personal Banker.
Enter the member's account number and press Enter.
Press Enter to move past the member reminders screen.
Check the Online banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history) box and press Enter.
If the member locked out of online banking, you may first need to reset the member’s password to access the screen to deny access.
In the Update Audio/Online Banking Access screen, unenroll the member from online banking and/or audio banking.
To unenroll the member in Online Banking, uncheck the Online Banking box (next to mouse icon) and select a reason code.
To unenroll the member in Audio Banking, uncheck the Audio Response box (next to phone icon) and select a reason code.
Press Enter.
