These steps explain how to remove a one-time transfer limit (that was previously set up by your credit union) so that the member is not limited as to how much he/she can transfer within his/her own account (between suffixes) at one time.
In order to complete these steps, PIB must first be activated for your credit union. Please contact a Client Service Representative for assistance with activating PIB for your credit union.
Go to the Member Service (MNSERV) menu and select Member Personal Banker.
In the Account Base field, enter the member's account number.
Use Enter.
Check the box that reads Personal Internet Branch (enroll or change PIB settings).
Use Enter.
Use Enter again to move past the Email Address Maintenance pop-up.
Use Enter again to move past the first Configure PIB Profile screen.
Under the Feature Limits in Whole Dollar Amounts heading, in the second Maximum Amount field, enter nine 9s.
If your credit union has configured a one-time A2A limit, placing all nines here does not override this limit. Whichever limit is lower, either the credit union's configured A2A transfer limit or the member's PIB security limit, will be the transfer limit used.
Use Enter.
Select Apply and Send (F5).
