Marketing clubs must first be configured before you can enroll a member's account into a club. If your credit union has existing Marketing Clubs configured, use these directions to remove a single member from a club.
Go to the Marketing Functions (MNMRKT) menu and select Work with Marketing Club Members.
On the Club Membership Maintenance screen, enter the search criteria.
Enter the member’s account number in the “Jump to account #” field
If you don’t know the account number, enter the member’s last name in “Last Name” field.
Press Enter to view the member’s club status.
If the account does not appear in the listing, the account is not enrolled in a marketing club.
To remove the account from the club use the Delete option.
The member’s club information will display.
Press Enter to confirm the deletion.
