Supervisors, use these directions if three incorrect code word entries or security questions have been entered when entering a membership, thereby locking the membership from entry. Use this option to remove the lock on the account so it can be accessed. This override can only be done by the member credit union.
The code word and out of wallet requirements are set by Privacy Controls.
From the supervisor workstation, select the Timeout (hand) icon at the top of any screen.
Select Supervisor Transaction Override.
The Head Teller Overrides screen will appear.
Enter your employee ID and password.
Enter the account number and base suffix (000).
Select "Reset code word/confirmation question lockout for membership" from the drop-down menu.
Press Enter.
