Supervisors, use these directions to override a frozen account for one transaction.
Supervisors, follow these steps if you assist an employee already in a member’s account on the Main Teller Posting screen (where deposits and withdrawals are entered).
From the Main Teller Posting screen select Trans Override (F2).
The Transaction Override screen will appear.
Enter your employee ID and password.
Enter the account number and suffix.
Select "Override frozen account status for one transaction" from the drop-down menu.
Press Enter.
Repeat Steps 2-5 for any additional suffixes or overrides.
Supervisor, follow these directions if you assist from your own workstation:
Have the employee back out of the Main Teller Posting screen.
From the supervisor workstation, select the Timeout (hand) button at the top of any screen.
Select Supervisor Transaction Override.
The override screen will appear. Enter your employee ID and password.
Enter the account number and suffix.
Select "Override frozen account status for one transaction" from the drop-down menu.
Press Enter.
Repeat Steps 4-7 for any additional suffixes or overrides.
