Maintain/Add/Delete Additional Signers on Created Loan Account

  1. Go to the Lending Functions (MNLOAN) menu and select Miscellaneous Loan Maintenance.

  2. Enter the loan account and suffix and press Enter.

  3. Check the Additional signers box and press Enter.

  4. From the Additional Signer Inquiry screen you can either add or delete an additional signer.

Add Additional Signer

  1. Enter the Social Security Number of the person.

  2. Select a type (Co-applicant, Guarantor, or Spouse).

  3. Press Enter to add the signer.

  4. Select the appropriate ECOA code if prompted.  Press Enter.

Delete Additional Signer

  1. Select the signer from the list.

  2. Select Delete (F4).

  3. Confirm the deletion by using Delete (F16).
