Delete Username for Online Banking

Use these directions to delete a member’s username, which the member uses in place of an account number when logging into online banking. Only members can create user names in online banking. Employees can only view or delete a member’s username in CU*BASE.

 

  1. Go to the Member Service (MNSERV) menu and select Member Personal Banker.

  2. Enter the account base.

  3. Select Online banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history).

  4. Use Dsp Username (F20).

  5. If the member has a user name, the screen will allow you to delete it. The member will need to create a new username in online banking.
