base and press Enter.
- Press Enter to move past the member reminders screen.
- Check the box in front of “Online
Banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history).”
- Press Enter.
- Check the “Reset password” check box under Change Password.
(Be sure to be in the Online Banking area.)
- The screen will list what the member’s temporary
password will be changed to.
- Enter a different Reason Code if needed.
- Press Enter.
- The confirmation screen will appear.
- The temporary password that the member’s password will be reset
to is listed on the screen.
- The member has 24 hours from the reset to log in and change
this password.
