Change Member Online Banking Password (Member Not Locked Out)

Member Reset

If the member is not locked out, the member can change the password themselves in online banking by clicking Password under the My Preferences heading in the Info Center.

Credit Union Reset

Always follow credit union policy prior to resetting a member’s password via CU*BASE, especially if the member is not present. Verify Member (F1), available on several screens, allows you to access a screen containing member information, such as Code Word, that you can use to confirm the member’s identity.

  1. Go to the Member Service (MNSERV) menu and select Member Personal Banker.
  2. Enter the member's account number and press Enter.
  3. Press Enter to move past the member reminders screen.
  4. Check the box in front of “Online Banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history).”
  5. Press Enter.
  6. Check the “Reset password” check box under Change Password. (Be sure to be in the Online Banking area.)
  7. The screen will list what the member’s temporary password will be changed to.
  8. Enter a different Reason Code if needed.
  9. Press Enter.
  10. The confirmation screen will appear.
  11. The temporary password that the member’s password will be reset to is listed on the screen.
  1. Select Enter.
